Katy Perry as Betty Boop

As a pin up artist , I fell in love with Max Fleischer's " Betty Boop " very early in life - the penultimate " good girl " , innocently naughty and full of life - ALL MEN WANTED her - coaxed on by her coquettish mannerisms , but she would have NONE of their advances ( for the most part ) . Betty was animation's FIRST feminist - so it was hilarious to learn that Katy Perry was ALSO a Betty Boop fan - it's kinda obvious actually . I decided that I needed to combine the two . Seems quite NATURAL to me ( separated at birth ? ) .
